It covers default mechanical and electrical faults that should not otherwise occur during normal use after your 30-day return period has ended.

When does the warranty start?
Your extended warranty starts immediately after the initial 30-day return period finishes.

How long does it last?
It lasts for 3 months from the end of the return period.

What is not included?
It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, issues caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs, loss of the item, theft or attempted theft, and cosmetic damage that does not impact how the product functions.

How do I make a claim?

What happens if my device can’t be repaired?
