To qualify for a return:

- Items must be returned in original packaging, in a saleable condition, and with all original contents included.
- Electronics must be factory reset, with no passwords or personal information remaining.
- Including the completed form helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.
Returns are free of charge.
If you’d like to exchange your item, this is subject to stock availability and may require:
- 3–5 working days for retail customers
- 7–14 working days for business and wholesale orders

10. Do you offer buy now pay later options?
Yes. You can choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout. Both services let you split the cost into interest free instalments, so you can get your new phone now and pay over time. There are no hidden fees when you pay on time, and the application takes only a moment during checkout.
11. How do I use Klarna or Clearpay?
Add your chosen phone to the basket, go to checkout and select Klarna or Clearpay as your payment method. You will be guided through a quick approval step, then your order will be confirmed right away.
12. Are there any extra charges?
No, as long as you make your instalments on time. Klarna and Clearpay do not charge interest for their standard instalment plans.
