The 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display delivers detailed visuals with a 2772 × 1272 resolution and an adaptive 1–120Hz refresh rate, reaching 165Hz in supported games. Gorilla Glass Victus 2 adds protection, while up to 1,800 nits in high-brightness mode helps keep the screen readable outdoors.

Choose from 12GB or 16GB RAM, each available with 256GB or 512GB storage. Fast UFS 4.1 storage keeps loading responsive, while the advanced cooling system helps manage heat during demanding use.

Capture everyday moments with the 50MP Sony main camera, fit more into the frame with the 50MP ultra-wide, or get closer with the 50MP periscope telephoto camera and 3.5x optical zoom. The OnePlus 15 launched with OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. It also features 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, dual nano-SIM support, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and an infrared remote control. IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings provide dust and water resistance under laboratory conditions.
